What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay).

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We only ship within the UnitedStates ((excluding 1. American Samoa, 2. Guam, 3. Northern Mariana Islands, 4. Puerto Rico, 5. U.S. Virgin Islands, 6. Hawaii, 7. Alas).

Please note: For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and/or VAT (value added tax) or brokerage fees imposed by their respective country/region. These fees are not included in the international shipping cost and orders will not be refunded due to any unwanted additional charges. Please consult your local post office for cost information before placing an order.

Can I modify/cancel my order after placing it?

If your order is not yet completed, you can cancel or modify it by emailing our customer service team at customer-service@arousar.com. Once the order has been shipped, we will be unable to modify or cancel it. In this case, you may return the package upon receiving it.

When will my order arrive?

Typically, our warehouse processes your order within 24 hours. Orders shipped to the United States usually arrive within 4-10 business days after shipment.
Please note: Our top priority is the health and safety of our staff and customers, which has resulted in some delays in processing times. However, don't worry, we are here to support you! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. If you are still confused about tracking your package, please contact us at customer-service@arousar.com.

Why hasn't my order been fulfilled?

Don't worry, honey! This simply means that your order is currently being processed and has not yet been shipped. Your order will be marked as "fulfilled" once it has been shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

After completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you don't receive a confirmation email at times, it may have been marked as spam, so please check carefully or contact our support team at customer-service@arousar.com via email.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Please ensure that the code is valid and, after checking, enter the discount code correctly and apply it to the order on the checkout page. Please note that after entering and using the discount code, it cannot be changed. Please make sure you know which discount code you need before entering it.

How much is the shipping fee?

Are customs, duties, and/or VAT (value added tax) included?

Customers are 100% responsible for all customs, duties, and/or VAT (value added tax) imposed by their respective country for international shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! All of Arousar's products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals. We prove that our products have never been tested on animals!

What does it mean when your products are cruelty-free?

Our gel polishes are 100% cruelty-free because our gel polish formula does not contain any animal-derived ingredients.

What are the ingredients in Arousar gel polish?

Our formula comes from reputable sources around the world and has undergone extensive product testing to determine which ingredients are of the best quality and most suitable for use by our customers! Our certifications include: Produced by GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) facilities. Passed SGS heavy metal testing and toxicology risk assessment. We believe that not only is the quality of the gel important, but also that the ingredients used are safe for our customers to use and do not come into contact with any toxic substances.

What toxins are not included in your gel nail polish formula?

Arousar Gel nail polish, along with all other products, does not contain: ethanol, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, toluene, parabens, sulfates, camphor, triphenyl phosphate, xylene, and ethyl toluamide.

How long does Arousar gel nail polish last?

Arousar gel nail polish is completely different from regular nail polish as it requires UV or LED light to cure and form a hard layer. On average, gel nails can last up to two to three weeks.

What is the best way to store Arousar gel polish?

Gel polish is sensitive to heat and light, so if exposed to less-than-ideal temperatures, your gel polish may clump and harden in the bottle. Therefore, please make sure to store the polish in a dry and cool place.

How can I prevent chipping and peeling?

Nail preparation is essential before using gel. Make sure your nails are free of any oils and are dry. Gently buff the surface of your nails with a nail buffer, which will help the gel adhere to your nails properly. Another important step is to brush horizontally to the edge of the nail with the brush to seal the nail edge with the color and top coat. This will help prevent chipping, which can lead to peeling.
