1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 5-14 days.
2. How do i return sonmething?
Dolermax is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 15 days of receipt. We also accept exchange within 60 days of receipt. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. For additional information, please see our returns policy.
3. How do i use a coupon code?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from Dolermax. Coupon code cannot be used on orders already placed.
4. How do i opt out of emails?
Why would you want to?! Our Dolermax fans receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you must, just click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email.

Expected delivery by the date provided is based on the origin and destination of your package. Delivery on a specific day is not guaranteed.
During holidays, the delivery time may be longer due to thirty-party circumstances. Due to new procedures and safety policies as a result of Covid 19, some products are experiencing processing and shipping delays.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
5.Do you deliver products internationally?
Dolermax.com successfully ships a lot of product worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!
Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our product is available to everyone.
6.Why was I charged $X.XX and $XX.XX appears in PayPal or my invoice?
This is due to the website charging in USD. PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in USD.
7.I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
Since we have many different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.
8.I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
9.How secure is my personal information?
Dolermax adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.
Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.
Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
10.Can I cancel or refund my order during in transit?
If your order is in transit already, you won't be able to cancel or request a refund before it reaches you.
Refund will be considered after your order delivered or your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
